Utilizing Modern Communications Technology for Good Governance in Developing Countries

摘要

This research paper employed the empirical data collected through the author's involvement in various development projects and his contribution to the consultative workshop on good governance organized by IUCN and Government of Sindh. The author also interviewed more than 50 professionals and active citizens engaged in development work. He also reviewed literature on ICTs and governance. But most of the input to his paper is author's original ideas developed through his research and practical experiences.
