Hydrology Research is a peer-reviewed journal. It publishes articles within all fields of hydrology in its widest sense. While emphasis is placed on studies of the hydrological cycle, the journal also covers the physics and the chemistry of water. Hydrology Research is intended to be a link between basic hydrological research and the practical application of scientific results within the broad field of water management.rnManuscripts submitted to Hydrology Research must not have been published or simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors must obtain permission to incorporate any material protected by copyright.
