Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris is targeting big-spending cigar aficionados this autumn with Le Club Vinales. The indoor/outdoor on-property enclave will be restricted to 50 members. To become a member, one must pay a yearly membership fee of €12,000 (USS15,500). Members may invite one guest, free of charge, to join them. For each additional guest, members must pay an extra €100 (US$129) per day. When they join, members will be given a key for their own private humidor where their cigar collection will be stored and preserved.
