摘要

To study the involvement of nitric oxide (NO) in ischemic preconditioning, we directly measured NO levels with an amperometric sensor in coronary effluent during successive ischemia-reperfusion. The isolated hearts of Sprague-Dawley rats were perfused at a con- stant rate with the Langendorff technique and Krebs-Henseleit solution. After controlled perfusion for 30 minutes, the hearts were subjected to three successive episodes of 5 minutes of no-flow ischemia followed by 10minutes of aerobic reperfusion (C group).
