Motorway masterplan

The Highways Agency, responsible for managing and operating England's motorways and other strategic roads, has published its Business Plan for 2004- 05. The Business Plan sets the Agency's priorities, plans and resources for the coming year. It demonstrates our commitment to deliver improved services to road users as network operator and traffic manager. We will be working to stringent performance targets, set by Ministers, to ensure delivery of the roads programme announced by the Secretary of State last July.
