Keeping the motorists informed ahead of an incident and or road works remains a challenge for authorities around the world. Failure to notify drivers in time could lead to fatal accidents and major traffic jams. Industry has made attempts to tackle the problem by placing traffic cones, signage and even police vehicles to warn oncoming motorists of road works and or incidents ahead.
