Tenders are due back on October 18 and work is expected to start in February next year.rnBAM Nuttall, Birse, Carillion and local outfit Jones Brothers are vying for a ￡8 million improvements scheme on the A487 at Glandyfi Ceredigion in Machynlleth, south Wales, for the Welsh Assembly.
