Personal £t Career Development is at the heart of Ringway and we take this responsibility very seriously.rnIn 2004 our Lincoln division identified that they had an ageing workforce. 24% were in the age group between 50 and 59 and 9% of the employees would be eligible for early retirement within the next two years. Recognising the immediate need to start succession planning and wanting to recruit, train and develop local people was vital to Ringway. We wanted to encourage those who were interested in construction but for whatever reason had been dissatisfied by their past educational experiences to rethink joining this industry.
