Software saves the day for traffic management

Two London based utility companies, Scottish Gas Networks and Morrison Utility Services, have taken the plunge and purchased a large number of CONE software licences for in-house use. This demonstrates real commitment to the Permit Scheme because as well purchasing CONE they have needed to invest in extra manpower, training and IT infrastructure requirements.
