IHE Seeks new Chief Executive

The Institute of Highway Engineers has undergone some significant and important changes over the last twelve months aimed at ensuring it will grow and prosper in a challenging environment within the highway industry. The Institute aims to increase its membership base, as well as membership participation. It will also become more active in its involvement with other organisations, with local and national government, and with the media.
