Ringway lands £250m council brace

Ringway has taken a pair of term maintenance jobs for Shropshire Council and Cheshire West Et Chester Council that have been procured together and are worth a combined total of more than £250 million. The councils could have let the two jobs separately but let both deals to Ringway due to the quality and economy of the joint offer. The two deals will be run as separate contracts, but both will run for six years with the option of four-year extensions and are expected to be worth a total of £42 million a year.
