Amey lands big Birmingham win

Amey LG is the big winner on Birmingham City Council's highways framework and has landed places on all four sections of the £200 million deal. The agreement is split into four sections covering minor through to major works and only Amey LG is on all four sections of the council's four year Highways and Infrastructure Works Framework Agreement. Lot four covers the largest value projects valued at more than £500,001. Amey LG is on this along with Balfour Beatty, Dawnus, Jackson Civil Engineering, McPhillips of Wellington and VolkerFitzpatrick. Two other contractors, Alun Griffiths and Fitzgerald, have been held in reserve for this lot.
