Professor Margaret Bell named IHE Honorary Fellow

The Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) has announced Professor Margaret Bell as an IHE Honorary Fellow as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations. IHE President John Nightingale said Professor Bell was chosen for her outstanding contribution to the engineering profession and would be honoured at a special event to be held at the Houses of Parliament this June.
