Brexit from the ground up

It is currently 'business as usual' for local authorities, but as we move closer to the Brexit negotiation stage it is important for us to consider what should be delivered as the UK departs from the European Union. The full implications will emerge slowly and it is important that we use this time to gather intelligence to inform the Government's agenda as it enters the negotiation stage.
