Welcome to Top Marks

Welcome to the 21st edition of Top Marks, the annual publication of the Road Safety Markings Association. I am again this year very grateful to those individuals who have given up their time to pen a variety of interesting and informative articles and am equally grateful to our advertisers, without whom the creation and distribution of this publication would not be possible. The RSMA remains the largest specialist trade association in the UK highways sector, playing a pivotal part as it does in supporting, training, assessing and representing our members to deliver our vision of safer roads for all users. During the year, RSMA has begun to refocus its priorities on its core, the members, and we are now in a strong position to move forward having built a solid foundation.
