For years now we, as librarians, havenhad to become more familiar with thenworkings of our electronic resourcesnand Internet presence. We have allnprobably been through at least onenmajor redesign of our library Webnsites. Often we are asked to worknalongside professional designers andndevelopers who seemingly speak a differentnlanguage and expect all users tonbe as tech-savvy as they are – as we allnknow, this is not the case.
