Ken's response to 'ode to ken bell'

I was surprised and more than a little pleased when I opened up the envelope containing my copy of HTE (volume 18, no. 4, 1997). Everybody succeeded in keeping me in the dark, and I was so little suspecting any thing that—while I thought the guy on the cover looked sort of familiar—it was only after I read the description of the cover on the contents page that I realized it was me!
