IMCD has opened a new coatings application laboratory in Istanbul, Turkey (above). The new laboratory will offer formulation guidance, provide innovative solutions to overcome technical challenges, and product performance testing. "Since our first steps into the Turkish coatings and construction industry in 2006, we have continuously and successfully expanded our supply and product portfolio," says Frank Schneider, business group director coatings and construction. "With our new technical centre here in Istanbul, we offer formulation concepts based on the individual requirements of our customers and suppliers, which is in line with our global business philosophy to provide local expertise."
