摘要

Earlier this year the BHF Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee met with the chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Small Shops Group chairman, Jim Dowd MP. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the then recent 2015 High Street Britain Report, which predicted dire consequences for small shops (admittedly with a concentration on food shops) if something wasn't done to level the playing field for small businesses in the marketplace.
