There is a lot of talk about sustainability in retail but how challenging is it for businesses to identify where to start? IC: It's true, sustainability is a board level issue and commitments have to come from those at the top. And, of course, it's a challenge how you care for the environment and reduce your carbon footprint while still creating wealth. I can't claim to have all the answers but at BetQ we've found it very useful to focus on being pragmatic and identifying as many targets as possible, however small, that can realistically be achieved.
