Support for TUI expansion

KfW Ipex-Bank is part of a banking consortium, which accompanies the expansion of TUI Cruises with large-scale financing. This includes the appointment of two ships at the Meyer Werft Turku. Together with UniCredit and another European commercial bank the KfW Ipex-Bank as bookrunner had structured the overall financing of new vessels for TUI Cruises and secured by the pledge of the total amount of credit the order for Meyer Turku shipyard, the bank said in a statement. Even more banks have participated in the financing.
