In 2018, Peenewerft in Wolgast will celebrate its 80 th year in business. The oderbooks are filled well, especially with naval contracts, providing utilization of the shipyard's capacities until 2020. The company already tries to win the next orders for the German Navy's new corvettes. Vessels under construction right now are the German navy supply ship »Mosel« and mine hunter »Homburg« as well as patrol boats for Saudi Arabia.
