Betriebssicherheit auf Basis der technischen Selbstverwaltung: Erfahrungsbericht Gasversorgungsunternehmen

Seit fast 150 Jahren betreibt der DVGW mit großem Erfolg die technische Selbstverwaltung im Gas- und Wasserfach, deren Kern die Praxis darstellt. Die Fachleute aus den Versorgungsunternehmen wirken mit an der praxisnahen Ausgestaltung von Regeln, die die Betriebssicherheit der Netze und Anlagen gewährleisten. Anhand von zwei Beispielen im operativen Betrieb der Stadtwerke Essen AG wird die praktische Umsetzung der technischen Selbstverwaltung deutlich gemacht: dem Einsatz von Gasströmungswächtern in Gashausanschlussleitungen und dem Programm der Rehabilitation von Grauguss-Gasrohrleitungen.%Since almost 150 years the DVGW manages the technical self government within the gas and water engineering profession with great success. The heart of this technical self government is the practice. The experts from the supply companies participate in the development of rules which guarantee the security of the distribution network and the plants. By the use of two examples within the technical business of the Stadtwerke Essen AG the practical use of the technical self government is mentioned: the use of gas current automatic controller in gas house connection lines and the programme of rehabilitation of gas supply lines by the material of grey cast-iron.
