Conference captures audience attention

Following on from the success of the British Geotechnical Association's annual free, one-day conference over the last 10 years, the 2103 event proved to be just as popular. The format of the 11th running of the conference included a morning focusing on current research, with the afternoon giving a voice to prize-winning young engineers and offering a showcase to projects benefiting from British expertise. There was a full house in attendance throughout the day with delegates enjoying the networking opportunities over tea, lunch and the post-conference drinks reception.
