Atkins commissioned to deliver cutting edge monopile design

Foundations supplier Smulder Sif Steel - Foundations JV has appointed Atkins to design cutting edge monopile foundations for Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm. The consultants brief is to come up with a reduced cost design for 90 turbine foundations at the Innogy Renewables site located 32km off the Lincolnshire coast.
