Early reopening for Kent rail line after landslip remediation

Network Rail engineers have worked around the clock with contractor Bam Nuttall to reopen a rail line near Edenbridge, Kent, almost three months after it was blocked by a landslip. Ground movement on 22 December caused the suspension of services between Tonbridge and Redhill and repairs were expected to take until the end of March. But full services resumed on Monday 16 March - two weeks ahead of schedule.
