A Hawaii man pleaded not guilty yesterday to a charge of terroristic threatening after being accused of removing the air-supply regulator from the mouth of an anti- aquarium industry activist while protesters tried to stop him from gathering aquarium fish to sell. Activist Rene Umberger and other divers approached fish collector Jay Lovell in May off Hawaii Island with cameras to document his gathering fish from a coral reef.
