U.S. EPA spokeswoman Alisha Johnson is leaving the agency for a new post in the State Department's press shop. Johnson, who started at EPA in March 2010, has been fielding reporters' inquiries and helping to shape the agency's messaging strategy as she climbed the ranks in EPA's press office. She's held four jobs in EPA's press office, starting off as EPA's assistant press secretary and getting promoted last year to deputy associate administrator.
