Tribal fishing rights activist dies at 83

A tribal sovereignty activist has died after decades of fighting for tribes' right to fish in their waters. Nisqually tribal elder Billy Frank Jr. was arrested more than 50 times for "illegal fishing" during a series of protests later known as the fish wars that were part of American Indian rights movements in the 1960s across the United States.
