Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead (R) voiced his support for increased coal exports during a visit to the site of a proposed export terminal in Longview, Wash., calling it a boost for commerce. "Wyoming has had elected officials from this part of the country come to the Powder River Basin to see the coal mines there, so I wanted to come and see this for myself," Mead said.
