U.S. sailors file new suit against TEPCO over Fukushima radiation

A group of U.S. sailors who claim they got sick from responding to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster have filed a new lawsuit against the power plant's operator. The $1 billion lawsuit by 110 members of the U.S. Navy and Marines claims Tokyo Electric Power Co., or TEPCO, failed to prevent the 2011 accident and lied about the radiation exposure suffered by disaster responders.
