The Forest Service and a billionaire businessman are looking to swap real estate north of Yellowstone National Park, a deal the Custer Gallatin National Forest has been working on for 30 years. William Morean has offered to remove buildings and terminate residential and state leases on the Slip and Slide Ranch, 583 acres of "outstanding, nationally significant wildlife and fisheries habitats," according to the Forest Service.
