Antiques dealer gets 30-month sentence for smuggling rhino horns

A Canadian antiques dealer was sentenced today to 30 months in prison for smuggling rhinoceros horns from the United States into his home country. Xiao Ju, or "Tony," Guan pled guilty in November to attempting to export two black rhinoceros horns, even though he knew it was illegal. He declared the horns as worth $200 after paying undercover Fish and Wildlife Service agents $45,000 for them.
