Federal judge rebukes BLM, halts approval of Utah drilling project

A federal judge has overturned the Bureau of Land Management's approval of 16 wells that arernpart of a much larger natural gas drilling project in northeast Utah, faulting the agency for notrnproperly analyzing impacts to air quality and recreational activity.
