Sen. Baldwin floats bill to spur technology innovation

Wisconsin Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin has introduced legislation to kick-start technologies to protect water resources. S. 2673 would amend the Clean Water Act to create public and private roles for spurring technology to clean up agricultural runoff, recover energy from wastewater, reduce water contamination and build green infrastructure.
