The Supreme Court today refused to revive an industry challenge to U.S. EPA's permitting rules for greenhouse gases. In a customary short order this morning, justices rejected an appeal from a group of companies called the Energy-Intensive Manufacturers Working Group on Greenhouse Gas Regulation.
