Blizzards hinder cleanup of N.D. oil spill

Winter weather is preventing cleanup of a "significant" pipeline rupture by a company with a long history of oil spills in North Dakota and Montana. The spill from the Belle Fourche Pipeline Co. is leaking crude oil into a tributary of the Little Missouri River in western North Dakota, according to state regulators (E&E News PM, Dec. 6).
