Tropical Storm Earl, which is expected to grow into a hurricane sometime tomorrow, could graze Mexico's Bay of Campeche, where state-owned Petróleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, has several offshore oil rigs. The company produces more than three-quarters of its crude in the Bay of Campeche and the Gulf of Mexico.
