Ohio has fined three agriculture business operators more than $30,000 for a series of large fish kills that wiped out nearly 70,000 fish. The state Department of Natural Resources says ammonia-ridden manure spread over fields in the northwestern part of the state washed into creeks during rainstorms in late August.
