BLM halts west Colo. swap with Victoria's Secret boss

The Bureau of Land Management has halted a west Colorado land swap with Les Wexner, owner of Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works. An agency appeals board said the agency should review complaints that the land's value has been underestimated. Under the deal, Wexner and his wife, Abigail Wexner, would give 670 acres of land, including some popular mountain bike terrain, to the agency. BLM, in turn, would transfer 1,300 acres to unite parts of their ranch (AP/Charlotte Observer, Feb. 9).
