House Democrats are doubling down on their request for an oversight hearing on the Interior Department's draft proposed five-year offshore leasing program. Democrats on the House Natural Resources Committee first asked for a hearing after the acting director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management appeared to contradict Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke's Jan. 9 tweet that new drilling off Florida's coast was "off the table" (Greenwire.
