Family sues USDA over cyanide trap that sprayed son

An Idaho family is suing the Department of Agriculture, saying their son is still suffering after being sprayed with cyanide from a predator trap that federal workers accidentally put near their house. Mark and Theresa Mansfield sued for more than $75,000 in economic damages and over $75,000 for pain and suffering caused to their son, Canyon, who was 14 at the time.
