Nearly a dozen Midwest House Democrats, led by Rep. Dan Kildee (D-Mich.), are supporting Micah Ragland, an Obama-era EPA official, to lead the agency's Region 5 office. Kildee and 10 other House members said in a letter they were backing Ragland for the job.
