Ex-senior EPA lawyer launches law firm

Justin Schwab, who was one of the Trump EPA's top legal minds, is back in private practice. Schwab has launched CGCN Law PLLC. The law firm will have what he calls a "strategic relationship" with CGCN Group LLC, a prominent lobbying firm. CGCN Law will provide analysis of federal regulations, help draft comments for those rules, and provide counsel for litigation and legal negotiations.
