A federal judge says challengers can proceed with a lawsuit targeting an Interior Department pro-hunting panel set up by the Trump administration. The environmental and animal advocacy groups have the legal standing to take on Interior's International Wildlife Conservation Council, U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan ruled yesterday in an opinion that largely rejected the administration's bid to get the case dismissed outright.
