ClearPath is beefing up its advisory board with three former Republican officials at the Department of Energy and the White House Council on Environmental Quality. The conservative clean energy group has hired William Martin, Elizabeth Stolpe and Marty Hall, taking its advisory board to 14 members. Martin served as deputy Energy secretary and as executive secretary of the National Security Council under President Reagan. He later chaired the Nuclear Energy Advisory Committee at the Department of Energy during the George W. Bush and Obama administrations. Hall and Stolpe, meanwhile, both worked at the Council on Environmental Quality under the younger President Bush. Stolpe was an associate director at the agency before heading off to work at Royal Dutch Shell PLC, while Hall was chief of staff.
