Communications Provider M&A: 1Q18 Review & Outlook

This report provides insight into the recent merger and acquisition (M&A) activity by the four types of communications providers: both fixed and mobile CSPs (communications service providers, or telcos), internet content providers (ICPs), and carrier-neutral providers (CNPs). Through the M&A route, communications providers get an opportunity to gain entry into new geographic markets, acquire top talent, and consolidate downstream activities.
