Potential climate change Carbon Dioxide Emissions 1990-1996

This WEC survey of CO_2 emissions from fossil fuel use covers the period 1990 to 1996. Based upon WEC and national data, and upon various issues of the "BP Statistical Review of World Energy", it follows similar surveys published in previous July issues of this Journal. This year's survey has also been able to benefit from thecalculation of carbon emis- Sions from fossil fuel use which was issued, separately, by BP in conjunction with the Publication of the "BP Statistical Review of World Energy, 1997", in June 1997.
