Looking South: Australia's Antarctic Agenda

Three scholars at the University of Tasmania edited this volume. Kriwoken works in the School of Geography and Environment Studies, and Hemmings and Jabour are members of the Institute of Antarctic and South Ocean Studies. They jointly prepared the Introduction and Conclusion, and provide a useful precis of the twelve topical chapters, guiding readers to those which are most relevant to their enquiries and research. Apart from the Introduction and Chapter 13, chapters average 15 pages each. The editors and authors acknowledge the financial assistance of the University of Tasmania and the Law School at the University of Sydney.
