SHERIDAN&CO FIRST FOR THE CUP CAKE

Retail design expert Sheridan&Co has set a new record, in designing the first cupcake bar. For trendy baker's Lola's, it created the standalone cake bar in the food hall of London department store Selfridges. Within the 27 sq m of space is a full display plus seating area of tables, chairs and banquette. Wood and glass set against a backdrop of white features in the design, with the sugar-dusted Lola logo being revisualised in a solid multicolours. A tower carries the colour-coded menu of cakes available, colours which match the trays the cakes sit on.
